Abstract and patterned mosaics are scattered like leaves in the courtyard of the new entrance to the museum, to make an intriguing & inviting prelude to a much-visited museum. The mosaic incorporates poems inspired by the museum collection, carved in slate by Diana Hoare, lettering artist.
